Cancellation & Rescheduling
- For all new appointments, we charge your card a non-refundable $.50.00 deposit in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment. You must pay the remaining balance during your scheduled appointment.
- If less than 4 days is given for a cancellation you will be charged $200.00 of the total cost plus the $50.00 processing deposit fee.
- If you miss your appointment, NO SHOW, the full amount of the service will be charged and it’s NON refundable.
- If more than 4 days is given to reschedule the appointment No Fee will be charged.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged 20% of your service total cost and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. We strive to stick to our schedule and respect our clients time.
